At Lilling Cottage we love food that’s not just tasty, but also beautiful to look at. We try always to think about seasonal food so that we make the best use of the ingredients we have nearby. Our ambition is always to have good vegetarian options on the menu. We have chosen to only work with meat and poultry from Sweden – it is better for our health and the environment and promotes a more sustainable society.

The food is prepared in combi ovens from Convotherm so we can bake, boil and fry the food with steam and hot air. This type of combi oven is very energy efficient, using less water and electricity than older ovens. Combi ovens are more energy efficient than frying on a griddle, cooking on the stove or using a deep fryer.
