Ulkeröds Gård
Ulkeröd works with sustainability by operating small-scale agriculture in the form of breeding lambs, fallow deer, mouflon wild sheep, highland cattle, ducks, pheasants, and partridges. This means we are largely self-sufficient in providing meat for the restaurant. We also contribute to a living countryside through natural grazing in pastures. Last but not least, this reduces the need for transportation and unnecessary suffering for the animals.
