Bryggan Fjällbacka is a family-owned restaurant and hotel located in the harbor of picturesque Fjällbacka. All family members live in the area year-round and are actively involved in the business.

We strive to stay open throughout the year, as we believe in providing continuity both for our guests, and for our staff. In order to ensure that Fjällbacka is a vibrant destination beyond the summer season, we actively collaborate with other local businesses within the tourism and hospitality industry. We offer a variety of restaurants and package deals to encourage guests to extend their stay in our area. To stay attractive during the off-season, we provide generous offers on dining and accommodation, year-round.

We are connected to a joint purchasing group, which means that all deliveries are consolidated from the various suppliers—all to reduce unnecessary emissions. We only work with suppliers who maintain a strong environmental profile.

Fjällbacka is home to many skilled crawfish and lobster fishermen and, as often as possible, we offer our guests this fantastic local product—straight from the boat to the kitchen.
