Sångbergs Färs & Bärs

Within our business, we operate a hotel and restaurant at Centralen in Tranemo, as well as the farm shop at Limmareds Säteri.

At Sångbergs, we are passionate about locally produced food. In our restaurant, we primarily work with local ingredients, sourcing most of our meat from our own farm shop. We purchase beef from the farmer at the estate, pork from a neighbouring farm, and seasonal vegetables from local farms in the surrounding area.

We work according to the principle of “from farm to table”, a philosophy that guides everything we do, from creating our menus to ensuring that every last food scrap is composted.

We use environmentally certified cleaning products throughout both the hotel and restaurant. Our premises are equipped with LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations are available outside the hotel and restaurant.

We sort and recycle all waste generated within our operations.

We do our best to support the local community in any way we can and actively participate in local business development initiatives.
