We have installed charging stations for our guests who drive electric cars. We hope to install solar cells soon to make us more independent with our electricity.
We purchase local ingredients and products wherever possible. Flour for our bread is from grains grown by Johanna Nylen at Utgårds. We are also part of a purchasing cooperative in Bottna. Fresh fish and shellfish come from Bovall’s fish market – nothing tastes better than fresh langoustine and butter-fried plaice.
We provide bicycles for our guests, who can cycle on the newly built cycle path down to the sea.
