Baldernäs Herrgård
At Baldersnäs Herrgård we use local ingredients as much as possible for both food and drink. In our landscaped parkland we have our own herb garden and both are managed without the use of chemical herbicides or pesticides. To reduce the impact on the environment guests can choose to have their room cleaned daily or only after they have finished their stay.
In order to reduce food waste, we make a point of promoting our package options for accommodation and fine dining with fixed menus, and we only take pre-bookings.
We recycle 100% of our glass and paper, and work to maximise the recycling of plastic and metal. There are also waste bins around the park.
We recommend our guests to come to us by public transport since we have boats and trains running throughout the summer.
